Who doesn’t love wine and chocolate..

Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards has come up with a delicious twist on an old favorite that combines these two loves… into one delicious treat. Behold: Bramble Berry Brownies.
The instructions are ridiculously simple: whether you’re making boxed brownies or ones from scratch, (the best!) all you do is replace the called-for amount of water with the same amount of the winery’s delicious Bramble Berry wine. Sounds like a perfect summery dessert to me!
I’m starting to wonder how this would work with other sweet, fruity wines. I’m thinking Red Cat or one of Fulkerson’s grapey Airship wines? I may need to do a little kitchen experimenting in the upcoming weeks. If I do – I’ll be sure to post on twitter how it went!
PS: Even the kids can indulge in these snazzed-up brownies; all the alcohol in the wine bakes off in the high temperatures of the oven.
